Nelson Cottage is an absolute delight - set back just yards from the lively promenade with wonderful views of the sea. It  has been beautifully renovated to provide an exceptionally comfortable and attractive holiday home in the heart of the conservation area of Deal. There is so much to do and see in Deal with two castles and museums, a quarter of a mile long award winning pier with a restaurant on the pier head, two weekly markets, wonderful Georgian architecture and a great beach! For the cyclists there is the seven mile route from Deal to Ringwould - described as 'short and sweet' with 'a bit of everything'. If you don't fancy cooking there are many restaurants to choose from - traditional to modern offering English, French, Thai, Chinese and Indian cuisine, a wide range of cafes and bistros plus a great range of specialty food shops including a chocolatier, artisan bakers, delicatessens and an Italian patisserie....or catch your own supper fishing from the pier! Ground Floor:
Open Plan Sitting Room/Dining/Kitchen is a lovely room with wood flooring and lots of windows so very light and airy. In the Sitting/Dining Area there is a very comfortable three seater sofa, super comfy armchair, coffee table, a wall mounted TV/DVD and round glass dining table with integral chairs. Also provided are lots of board games and books to keep everyone amused.The Kitchen Area is very well laid out with lots of storage and worktop space. It provides a gas oven and hob with extractor hood, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine and dishwasher. (There is a side door to the alleyway).

First Floor:
Bedroom 1 two single 3ft beds, a bedside cabinet, full length mirror, chair and two little built-in cupboards with shelving plus two windows with fabulous views to the sea!
Bathroom is split into two - with the washbasin and w.c down  two steps from the landing, with a door through to the gorgeous bathroom with freestanding bath, large shower and heated towel rail

Bedroom 2 with king-size bed, bedside cabinets, chair, built-in wardrobe and two little built-in cupboards with shelving and a hanging rail plus two windows with more great sea views


Parking: There are local car parks and parking on the sea front close to the property and a map in the information folder will direct you to free street parking about 5-10 minutes walk from the property subject to availability.
Heating: Gas central heating.
Notes: As the property has relatively steep stairs in is not really suitable for those with mobility problems.
