Description

Lane House is a splendid detached stone barn conversion in a peaceful setting just one mile from the village of Threshfield. This is a traditional style property with a multi-fuel stove, beamed ceilings and sneck doors, but the owner has taken great care in providing every modern facility required to ensure that your holiday is as comfortable and relaxing as possible.  A spacious, very comfortable property with marvellous views from every room across the scenic countryside distinctive to Wharfedale, it's a lovely home to return to after spending your day discovering all the attractions of the picturesque Yorkshire Dales.

Beautiful house and setting exactly as described, lots of great walks straight out of the front door. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was a lovely warm roaring fire for those chillier evenings. The kitchen was well stocked with useful utensils which made making a few home cooked meals a possibility (although there were plenty of local pubs and restaurants not too far a drive away). The whole booking and gaining access to property process was simple and smooth too.
