PARKING: No allocated parking. The nearest public car park would be The Island Car Park, or Barnoon Car Park.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Entrance is from the Digey which is a small cobbled street. The nearest area to drop off is at the top of the Digey, just a few steps from the property.

PROPERTY ACCESS: No steps up to the front door, although there is 1 step down inside the front door to the main living area.

PROPERTY INFORMATION:

STAIRS/STEPS: 1 stone step inside front door down to the main living area. From the living space, there are 11 carpeted stairs up to the bedroom and shower room with a turn. A hand rail is available on the lower half of the stairs only.

FLOORING: Wooden floor with rug in main living/kitchen area. Carpet stairs and bedroom. Lino shower room.

BEDROOMS: Unrestricted access around the bed.

Stairs leading to open plan bedroom on the First Floor with 4ft 6in bed. Shower room including wash basin, wc and heated towel rail.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Night storage heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, including beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.
