Description

This well-presented apartment, with stunning sea views, is all on one level and has a large bedroom which comfortably accommodates up to four guests. With the golden, sandy beach at Porthminster just a stone’s throw away, this is  a perfect coastal haven. This comfy holiday home also enjoys uninterrupted views across the beach, Hayle Towans, Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond.  A perfect location to relax and unwind. The shops, restaurants, beaches of St Ives and the scenic coastal train are just a short walk away.

Living/Kitchen/Dining Area: The open plan living area has two large sofas, Smart TV, WiFi, DVD player, Hi-fi and double picture windows to enjoy the beautiful views out across the sea. The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge and ample cupboard storage space, there is also a dining table and chairs.
Bedroom: The spacious bedroom has a double bed, twin 3ft bunk beds, TV, chest of drawers and free-standing wardrobe.
Shower Room: The newly renovated shower room has a large shower cubicle, basin with vanity unit, heated towel rail and WC.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Mixed heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi included. Mobile phone reception varies. Coin operated washing machine is available for guests use in the shared laundry room. Reserved parking in the open private car park accessed from the rear of the building, space No. 41. The entrance to the apartment is vis 14 steps.
