PROPERTY ACCESS: To unload it is possible to park on the tarmac parking area/pedestrian entrance at the rear of the building (do not leave your vehicle unattended).

The best thing about this flat is the view from the window overlooking Porthminster Beach and St Ives Bay. My car had it's own secure underground parking place. Its location is a short stroll away from the town centre.

Oh the view from no.31 - just sit and watch clouds, sea and beach... But then go back to the comforts of a lovely little flat: really spacious bedroom, lovely hot shower, well-equipped kitchen. Can we come again...?
