Bedroom: With a double bed (4ft 6in), chest of drawers, plentiful storage in the fitted wardrobes and wall-mounted flat screen TV. Sofa bed also available which is suitable for 2 children or 1 adult.

Parking: Reserved parking for one car in the open private car park accessed from the rear of the building, space No. 46.

Very comfortable flat with the most fantastic views of St Ives Bay, and the train coming in and out of the station below - we preferred to have our evening meals at the flat so we could fully enjoy the view. Flat has been furnished beautifully, comfy bed and lovely bathroom. Parking space greatly appreciated

The owners of this lovely apartment have gone to great lengths to ensure guests are comfortable. It is ideal for couples, positioned only a short walk into the heart of St Ives, the most fantastic view from the lounge window of Porthminster Beach. Free parking for one car on site is a huge benefit. The kitchen has everything you need, with lots of utensils, there is plenty of hot water and heating and a bedroom with a super comfy bed and lots of storage. We would readily stay at this apartment again and think it is ideally positioned for exploring surrounding areas.

Comfortable flat with lovely views from large picture window.Wi-Fi was a bit hit and miss.Towels and bedding were provided but we would have liked to see a set of fresh towels for our second week as 2 small bath towels and 2 hand towels wasn’t really sufficient for a 2 week stay so best take extra towels yourself.Nice size bathroom but shower area could do with a refurb
