Croft Apartment

Croft Apartment is a beautiful single storey holiday home situated down a quiet country lane in the hills above Woolacombe. Attached to the owner’s bed and breakfast accommodation, it benefits from lovely sea and countryside views, a cosy living room and decked terrace with comfortable outside seating. Please note the property is not suitable for children under 8 years old. The private entrance is reached via three steps down from the car parking area and four steps up to the front door. The cosy living room has leather sofas and a bed settee for alternative sleeping arrangements, whilst the light and airy kitchen/diner has doors leading out onto the decked terrace which overlooks the surrounding countryside towards the sea. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you’ll need to rustle up some delicious home-cooked meals but if you fancy a treat, you can order a full English breakfast from the bed and breakfast next door. The double bedroom is at the front of the apartment and enjoys distant sea views and an en-suite shower room. Outside, there is parking for one car and a pretty shared lawned garden with mature shrubs, flowers and a water feature. The Apartment is just a few minutes’ drive from Mortehoe and Woolacombe. The beach at Woolacombe has been voted the UK’s Best Beach for the last couple of years. It also holds the ‘England for Excellence Gold Award’ for best family resort and was voted the Best British Beach in the Mail On Sunday. The three mile stretch of golden sand lies between Mortehoe and Baggy Point. Mortehoe has a choice of tea rooms, family friendly pubs, a thirteenth century church and a fascinating Heritage Centre which recounts the area's rich maritime history. Mortehoe is the starting point for many scenic walks along this dramatic stretch of coastline.
