A pristine family bathroom is also on the ground floor with two stylish and spacious bedrooms upstairs. Out back is an enclosed courtyard with patio furniture ideal for al fresco dining. There is a further area of sloping lawned garden up 33 steps Only first few steps are steep the remaining graduate up the slope gently, there is a second decked sun terrace with distant estuary views. Braunton has a variety of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops. It is also home to the Braunton and District Museum, the Braunton Countryside Centre and the Museum of British Surfing. At the heart of what is said to be England's most biodiverse parish, Braunton Burrows is abundant with richly varied wildlife. First-time visitors to the Burrows are amazed by the scale of the sand dunes that gives them their name. The Tarka Trail, a footpath and cycle trail built along the route of the old railway line, runs through Braunton. The nearest beach is Croyde, which has one of the best surfing beaches in the world. There is an RNLI lifeguard service available every day from May to September, during the Easter weekend, every weekend in October and during the October half term. Reviews

We had a lovely stay at the cottage which was very comfortable & clean. The wood burner made the lounge very cosy indeed. The co op was only a few minutes walk away and there is a fantastic fish & chip shop nearby too. Parking was fairly straightforward as there were plenty of spaces in the nearest car park.

Mrs L,

We have had a lovely holiday in a beautiful cottage. The beds were very comfortable and relaxing and the garden was wonderful. Squires fish and chips was delicious and so was a meal at the Williams Arms. The local beaches (eg Saunton Sands) were amazing. We all had a wonderful stay at Cosy Cottage and we would love to stay again. Thank you so much.

Past Customer,

We have stayed in Braunton several times as it such a good base for visiting North Devon and the gorgeous beaches. This is our first week staying in Cosy cottage and what a beautiful cottage, great location and everything you need. We will definitely be back and would love to stay here again. Thank you

Past Customer,

We have had a lovely week at Cosy Cottage - a lovely place in a lovely location, perfect for visiting the surrounding areas. The whole cottage was beautifully clean on arrival and had everything you could need. Our boys have had a lovely first holiday to North Devon and I am sure we will return one day. Thank you very much.

Past Customer,

A last minute booking and how lucky we we feel? Beautiful cottage with everything provided and after our days out it felt like coming home. Your cottage has made us consider owning a property here at some point. Once again and although I have said it. "A beautiful Cottage".

Past Customer,

Very nice and near to shops.

Mr S,

Lovely cottage in a very quiet street but only about 150 yards from the village centre had a great week and would come back again

Mrs W,

Had a lovely holiday, weather better thank expected. Lovely cottage everything you need, very comfortable beds. Beautiful coastal walks, Baggy Point, Morte Point and Braunton Burrows. 'Immaculate terraced garden' needs a lot of TLC

Past Customer,

Thank you so much for the beautiful stay! The cottage was amazing - spotless on arrival and lives up to its name. We hope to return again and stay here. Thank you again.

Past Customer,

What a lovely week in Cosy Cottage! The perfect size for 3 of us and dog. The sun terrace is a real bonus - the photos online really don't do it justice. Highlights of our week included long walks with the dog over Braunton Burrows, surf lesson with Walking Waves at Saunton Sands and cycling to Barnstaple and back along the Tarka Trail. A super stay, thank you!

Past Customer,

A lovely cottage. Everything catered for. Great view from garden and big bedroom. Our favourite beach - Croyde - (Dowend). Restaurants - must visit Hang Loose in Braunton and Rock Inn Georgeham. Plus Marika Pizza Braunton. Great week in Cosy Cottage. Thank you
