Description

This spacious, contemporary apartment, sleeping 6, overlooks the surfing beach at Woolacombe and is right in the middle of the village. Clevelands has been fully refurbished to provide spacious, high quality holiday accommodation that you just won’t want to leave at the end of your break away. The entrance is on the ground floor and stairs lead up to the first floor and into a long hallway with useful storage. The open-plan L-shaped lounge/dining room has large windows at the front which make the most of the sea view with comfortable seating and large dining table. French doors open out onto the decked balcony with outside furniture. This balcony is West facing out to sea and enjoys the sun until dusk and then the most amazing sunsets over Lundy Island. The modern kitchen has white high-gloss units and is very well-equipped. An informal breakfast room at the back of the apartment has a breakfast bar and could also double up as a games room thanks to a television and Playstation. A useful utility room, also at the back, leads out onto a fully enclosed, partially covered roof patio with outside shower. This area also has outside furniture and provides an alternative area to the balcony at the front for al-fresco dining. A cloakroom completes the accommodation on the first floor. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms each with a television and sharing a bathroom with walk in shower. Outside, an allocated parking space is available within 300 yards of the apartment. Traffic-permitting, you may be able to unload your car in front of the apartment when you first arrive. For groups with more than one car, there is a choice of car parks in the village.

This property is well situated within Woolacombe. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance but should you wish to eat in the property has a well equipped kitchen. If you didn’t want to use the car to drive out, this property offers a good balcony to sit out and enjoy the sun and sea air of Woolacombe.

we wanted a relaxing week just to chill out and we got exactly that. The weather wasn't good but it didn't spoil our break because the apartment is just so comfortable and spotlessly clean that we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The views from the lounge are to die for and even though the weather was against us we still saw two amazing sunsets. We would recommend Clevelands to anyone, if you get the weather, great, if you don't it's still great.

The location of Clevelands is perfect for the beach and the village. There are a lot of stairs in the property so it may not be entirely suitable for toddlers or the elderly.

A lovely property in a surprisingly quiet location. Beautiful views and amazing sunsets from the front balcony. A very well equipped and very clean property, comfortable and very central location handy for the beach and shops. Extremely useful outside and undercover dining to the rear. A handy outside shower for washing off surf boards and wetsuits. Would highly recommend.
