PARKING: Allocated parking for 2 cars opposite the property.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Drop off from the allocated parking space across the road.

PROPERTY ACCESS: Access to the rpoeprty from pavement leves is up 8 steps with a small slightly inclined path. No hand rail.

PROPERTY INFORMATION:

STAIRS/STEPS: From the ground floor 10 steps up to a half landing with a hand rail on the left. 1 more step to another half landing with a turn. From the half landing, to the right are 2 steps up to the bathroom and shower room, and to the left are 3 steps up to the bedrooms with a rail on the left. Small lip in to each room and a small step up into shower cubicles. 1 Step down in to utility room on the ground floor from the kitchen which leads to the rear courtyard. From utility there is a lip into the courtyard and 1 step up in the center. 4 steps up to the back gate exit. No rail.

FLOORING: Ground floor Hallway, lounge, dining room are kitchen) have wood floor with a rug in the lounge. Utility room which leads to the rear courtyard is concrete floor with a rug. Stairs, landings and all bedrooms are carpeted. Both bathroom and shower room have a vinyl floor.

Description

Pennies from Heaven is located on the popular Porthmeor side of town just a few minutes walk to Porthmeor Beach and St Ives town. There are panoramic views from Clodgy Point over Porthmeor Beach to the Island, Godrevy and beyond.

There is a tiered garden to the front of the property. From the porch entrance you enter a hallway leading to the Lounge which has a TV/DVD and sea views over Porthmeor Bay. The kitchen is equipped with an Electric Hob and Oven, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Microwave and Nespresso coffee machine (pods not provided). From the kitchen there is open access to the dining room which has a Bose music system. There is a small utility area off the kitchen which houses a Tumble Drier and has a door leading to the patio area. Stairs from the hallway lead to the first floor. The family bathroom has a bath, separate shower cubicle, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. Adjacent to the bathroom is a further shower room with shower cubicle, wc, washbasin and heated towel rail. A half landing gives access to three bedrooms, one with twin beds and TV/DVD, a second with a King Size bed and TV/DVD and further bedroom with single bed and TV/DVD. All have far reaching views over Porthmeor Beach to the Island , Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent.
Bedding and Linen: Pillows and duvets included; bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided but may be hired locally.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. Parking for 2 cars opposite the front of the property.

Good location and lovely sea views with great parking facilities for two vehicles. However, unfortunately far too much traffic noise due to it being the end property next to a busy road.
