PARKING: In-line parking for two cars on driveway in front of garage across the road opposite the property.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: From the tarmac parking area, cross Channel View which is a tarmac road to the steps leading up to the property.

PROPERTY ACCESS: There are 8 steps of varying heights from the pavement outside the property to the front door. There is a handrail on the right hand side.

PROPERTY INFORMATION:

STAIRS/STEPS: There are 11 steps to the first floor half landing. A further 2 steps to the bathroom and 3 to the first floor landing leading to the lounge. To the second floor there are three further steps with a turn to 10 steep narrow steps. There are banister rails on the main staircases. There is a handrail on the left hand side of the stairs leading to the 2nd floor. One small step from the kitchen into the utility area on the ground floor.

FLOORING: There is carpet flooring to the stairs and landing.The living area has a wooden floor with a bound rug. The kitchen has a tiled floor. The bathrooms have lino flooring. The bedrooms have carpet flooring. In the front double bedroom and the twin room there are fringe edged rugs.

BEDROOMS: Unrestricted access to all beds.

DUVETS AND PILLOWS:  Duvets and Pillows are synthetic

BATHROOMS: The main bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle with folding door. One step over shower tray for access. The corner bath has a seating area but no grab rails. The ensuite shower room in the attic bedroom has a folding door. One step over shower tray to enter. No grab rails.

LIVING AREA: There are curtains in the living area and double bedrooms. Blinds to the windows in the kitchen and two twin rooms.

GARDEN/EXTERNAL AREAS: To the front of the property there is a raised patio area with table/bench style furniture.
To the rear of the property (accessed from the utility area) there is a private paved patio with furniture. One step from the house to the outside pathway with 3 high steps to the patio area.
There is also a hot and cold outside shower.

CHILD EQUIPMENT: Travel Cot (no linen). Stairgate. High Chair.

Stairs to half landing, bathroom with bath, wc, wash basin, shower cubicle, heated towel rail and cupboard which houses a washing machine and drier. Steps to first floor, bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds. Lounge with TV, DVD player and Stereo/CD player system and spectacular sea views from Clodgy to the Island and beyond. Stairs to attic room with 5ft bed and the same spectacular views as the lounge below, ensuite shower room with shower cubicle, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail.

Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 pet allowed all year round, £25 per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.

Location

St Ives is one of Cornwall's top destinations and a beautiful seaside town where visitors can enjoy a traditional beach holiday with a twist. It's easy to understand why the town has been attracting painters, sculptors and ceramists for decades with its stunning scenery and natural quality of light- one of only four Tate Galleries in the world is located here in the heart of the town. The town itself arcs around the working harbour- the heart of the historic fishing community. You could lose yourself for hours in the charming cobbled streets which are crammed with gift and craft shops, art galleries, top notch restaurants and welcoming local pubs- a real treasure trove just waiting to be explored!

St Ives also has four fabulous beaches, Porthmeor, Porthgwidden, Harbour beach and Porthminster which between them offer miles of golden sand and hours of building sand castles, playing in the rock pools and other family friendly activities. Dogs are welcomed out of season. Throughout the year, St Ives has a busy event calendar including the St Ives Food & Drink Festival in May and a Music & Arts Festival in September.
