At the end of the lane is a gate which leads directly onto Northam Burrows - a semi wild landscape populated by sheep and ponies it provides the perfect area to enjoy ball games, kite flying or for exercising the dog. Private parking is adjacent to the property and access is via the front garden which is fully enclosed and perfect for enjoying an evening glass of wine or dining alfresco. The market town facilities of Bideford with large recreational park are only a short drive away, and for those wishing to travel a bit further, the pretty cobbled streets of Clovelly and rugged coastal paths at Hartland are all within half an hour’s scenic drive.

We absolutely loved our stay. Would highly recommend. Even though we had off road parking,getting out was a bit of an issue. People parking opposite driveway made getting in and out hard. Otherwise fantastic location with everything you needed in the property and within walking distance.
