Ground Floor
Guests are greeted by a brightly lit open plan ground floor. The contemporary L-shaped sofa of the living area is complemented by Wi-Fi, a Playstation 3, Blue Ray DVD player, and an internet TV complete with Netflix and LoveFilm subscriptions.

Solid wood flooring flows through to the state of the art kitchen diner which is is fully-equipped with a cafeti??re to boot, and is finished with an over-sized chalk board and ambient feature lighting in the open plan dining area.

Full length doors in the dining area open directly onto the sunny terrace balcony and private garden. The terrace's glass rails exploit the gorgeous seaside vistas and there is even a BBQ and alfresco dining area. Steps lead down to a well-tended lawn and an enclosed trampoline, perfect for children.

The ground floor also boasts a twin bedroom with the added convenience of a shower room, which can be reached from the utility room next to the kitchen, ideal for anyone with limited mobility.

First Floor
A carpeted staircase leads to the first floor of the holiday home, which boasts two king size rooms and a further twin bedroom.

The master features a luxury super king size bed with Vi-Spring mattress, fitted wardrobes, a luxury en-suite shower room and shared access to a sea-view roof terrace.

The second king bedroom also offers access to the roof terrace, and features a flat screen TV. Finally, the twin bedroom has a double bed and a single bed.

A family bathroom with a bath tub and shower cubicle further accompanies the first floor accommodation. Private laundry facilities are also available.

Location
Churston's local amenities such as pubs, restaurants and supermarkets are just on the doorstep.

The lovely location in between Paignton and Brixham is within easy walking distance of Broadsands Beach and Elberry Cove. Broadsands offers safe paddling, soft sand and a grassy picnic spot perfect for BBQs; whilst the peaceful stretch of pebbles favoured by Agatha Christie at Elberry Cove is framed by lush woodland. The cove also offers a safe spot for swimming, and to the deep waters beyond lie an approved water-skiing area.

The South West Coastal Path is the longest coastal path in the UK, perfect for a walk before enjoying a cream tea at Churston Golf Club or Broadsands Pitch and Putt.

From Paignton, Torquay can be reached in just 6 minutes by car. The surrounding area boasts a wealth of activities such as bike hire, paint balling, Go-Karting, boat trips, the Key West Water Park, Paignton Zoo, Agatha Christie's house at Greenway, the Living Coasts attraction and the Steam Railway.

This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350, which is payable to Original Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
