Reviews

Absolutely fantastic week away. Ideal location, very quiet , no light pollution so perfect for star gazing. Brilliant hosts, nothing was too much trouble and the welcome food package was a lovely touch. Would live to go back sometime.

Mrs T,

Gorgeous quirky property for a chilled weekend, great walks on the door step, hot tub was an added bonus and owners very friendly

Miss G,

The hosts at Maerdy Uchaf were extremely welcoming and helpful. The location in extremely rural, with the property being on a working farm. This provides the perfect opportunity for exploring the surrounding area. The cottage was as you would expect for a period property with a number of quirky features. It was well laid out, decorated and maintained. The kitchen was well equipped, something I am always grateful for in self-catering accomodations. Couldn't have asked for anything more, would definitely book again when looking for somewhere with a slightly bigger group.

Mrs M,

Amazing location, beautiful cottage, fabulous hot tub and lovely owners. To be honest I didn't want to leave, so peaceful and beautiful, the owner is very friendly and helpful. I wish I could have stayed longer

Miss F,

A very homely and well equipped cottage. The beds were very comfy (honestly, so many places say the beds are good but these really are!). The hosts were very nice people who made sure we had everything we needed and were also good for the craic!
