Located right above Porthleven beach, Blue Horizon is a charming reverse level cottage with fabulous uninterrupted views across Mount's Bay stretching from The Lizard Peninsula to Land's End. As you enter this tastefully decorated cottage you will find the dual aspect master bedroom with superking bed. There is a second bedroom on this ground floor with a single bed and both bedrooms have sea views. A luxurious bathroom is also on this floor with a bath with shower over.

Stairs lead up from the hallway into a light and bright open plan living area. Here there is comfy seating, a Smart TV and dual aspect windows overlooking the sea and beach below. The dining area benefits from a large dining table next to a picture window, again overlooking the sea, enabling you to dine with those breathtaking sea views. This newly fitted kitchen boasts white high gloss units with granite worktops and built in appliances. Features such as travertine flooring and the latest high tech infrared heating are also beautiful new additions to this fabulous holiday home.

Blue Horizon is located within walking distance of the traditional yet vibrant fishing village of Porthleven which offers an array of shops, galleries, pubs and top class restaurants. The Beach is literally a stone's throw from the cottage and it is right on the Southwest Coastal Path, less than a mile walk from Loe Bar. The market town of Helston is just two miles away, with both Penzance and Falmouth just a half an hour drive away.

Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed (5'), fantastic sea views.
Bedroom 2: Single bed (3'), chest of drawers, fantastic sea views.
Bathroom: Bath with thermostatic shower over, basin, WC.

FIRST FLOOR:
Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: Smart TV with Sky Q, breathtaking sea views, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine.

OUTSIDE & PARKING: No outside space but there are steps down to the beach next to the property. Blue Horizon has the use of one parking space approximately 500m further along Loe Bar road

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 2; £25 per pet per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent. Infrared heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. Sorry, no children under the age of 10. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies.
