2 At The Beach is part of the transformed and former 'Torcross Hotel' situated on the fringe of Slapton Sands beach, the properties have been beautifully refurbished to a high standard and are only a few meters away from the main beach. The location of the apartment means you are a stone's throw away from the local pub Start Bay Inn so you can enjoy Fish 'n' Chips on the beach on a sunny evening or treat yourself to a meal in the Church House Inn at the next village along in Stokenham. 

The apartment itself is a ground floor stylish property benefiting from a private outdoor terrace, with spectacular views of the beach and views over to Start Bay. 2 At The Beach has two bedrooms, the master has an ensuite bathroom, there is an additional family bathroom, an open plan kitchen/diner and a lovely lounge with french doors leading to the private terrace.

Security Deposit This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Original Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

We have been visiting Torcross as a family for over 50 years, and it doesn't get much better, very nice apartment, we will be back as we visit around 4 times a year.

We have been staying at 2 At The Beach for 13 years now. The apartment is lovely, has everything you need, always very clean and well kept and of course its very dog friendly, even to supplying us with dog treats, towels and bowls. A lovely welcome pack was left for us too. We cannot fault the apartment at all. We enjoy sitting on the patio looking out to sea, its very relaxing. Torcross is a beautiful area, its quiet with a local pub and cafe and restaurant/takeaway. A bonus is a car parking space too.

The location of this property is its main selling point, as the name suggests it is literally ‘on the beach’. The property is well equipped and ideal for a couple or a family with young children.
