Description

Situated in an elevated position overlooking Dartmouth and the other beautiful houses in the area, this charming recently refurbished semi-detached house is stylishly presented with inviting features such as a log burner, large open plan living and dining area creating a social space for all of the family and a large multi level garden that benefits from the sun for the whole day. Approached from the main road the front door is accessed via steps into the porch and the hallway of the property. To the right of the hallway is the spacious open plan dining and living room, the dining area has an oak table with beautiful dining chairs seating up to six people. In the lounge area the homeowners have chosen comfort first, there is a large corner sofa to seat everyone, a log burner and a 36" TV for cosy nights in watching a good film. There is a utility room to the back of the dining space and next to this is the kitchen which leads to the rear garden, please be aware this is up steep steps therefore, children are not to be left unattended. Outside seating is provided and there is a barbecue available for the guests to use (Guests to bring their own coal). On the first floor of the property is a cloakroom, family bathroom and then on the other side of the first floor is the twin room and the master bedroom. 

2 Townstal is located roughly a 10 minute walk into town and then ts roughly a 20 minute walk back up the hill to the house although, if you wanted to catch the bus instead there is a bus stop a few metres away from the property. The ideal base for your holiday.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
