Access Statement

-  The entrance to Ivy House (which is marked on the sidewalk in tiled lettering) is almost at the end of Devonshire Place, as you access it from Eastern Road.  It is a one way street running north to south for vehicles.

-  Enter the building into communal hallway, at the end of which is a door leading to the communal garden.

-  Access to the apartment is up one flight of stairs, there is no lift.

-  You will enter the apartment into a hallway, off which are all the rooms, on one level.

-  There is no reserved parking and this is on Pay and Display meters on the road, or a nearby NCP on High Street.

Lovely neat, quiet, flat in convenient situation for Kemptown and short walk from Brighton centre. Only 20 minutes walk from Brighton station. Handbook with all necessary information available which was really helpful and reassuring.
