Description

The Cabin has been newly refurbished to a high standard and is an ideal holiday home for four. With sea views from the upstairs bedroom, it is almost on the beach and provides excellent accommodation for family or friends looking to explore this diverse pocket of the Suffolk county. It is homely, has stunning views towards the harbour and is in an ideal location being only a short walk into Southwold with all its excellent shops and restaurants. Southwold Denes - Southwold Denes stretches from Gun Hill to the harbour's mouth and acts as a vital sea defence for the town. Suffolk Coast and Heaths (to whom our customer's £1 booking donation goes) are working with several agencies to restore and maintain the important area. It is the home of skylarks and little terns (please be careful not to disturb the nests) and the habitat of sea holly, sea pea and bird's foot trefoil to name a few. Our properties here enjoy the sunrise over the sea and stunning sunsets over the marshes.

Reviews

Really cosy - especially the lounge and a stunning location. Bedroom furniture felt like it was from a different house - cool and contemporary downstairs but traditional upstairs. Overall though great property - thanks.

Mr M,

The Cabin really is a delightful place to stay. Beautifully furnished, with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Situated on Ferry road, a 10 minute walk from the Town centre, the Cabin really is a retreat with a great view out to sea from the main bedroom and easy access to the dunes just over the road. Would thoroughly recommend for a couple or small family.

Mr B,

A really great place to stay, particularly if you have a canine friend.

Mrs W,

Location is perfect - right by the beach and a short stroll in to the centre of Southwold. The Cabin is well equipped and the "welcome" goodies were a nice surprise.

Mrs C,

Loved our February stay in The Cabin. Really beautiful, comfortable and stylish house in a perfect location. Appreciated having a parking space and being able to bring our dog. Loved being next to the beach and it was easy to walk into the town or to the harbour.
