Reviews

Lovely cottage. Comfortable and fully equipped.

Mr R,

Beautiful cottage, excellent location for visiting Sandringham and surrounding area. Owners have gone the extra mile with kitchen equipment and home comforts.

Mrs H,

A lovely, comfortable stay. The cottage is roomy and well cared for, and the owners are very approachable. Super close to Sandringham - so perfect for dog walks. Would definitely recommend.

Mrs N,

Our 2nd visit to Avocet…and it was excellent A different season and the cottage was sooooo cosy. Dog friendly too - bowls and throws provided. A well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Helpful owners re arrival times & information. We plan a 3rd visit!

Mrs E,

This property was home from home with all the little touches very dog friendly, we had a super time with the added bonus of beautiful weather at the begining of the week,

Mrs M,

Delightful cottage, well equipped, dog friendly, lovely owners, would return.

Mrs H,

We loved staying at Avocet Cottage. It had everything we needed, it was very comfortable and it was lovely to come back to each day after exploring the Norfolk countryside.

Mr W,

Very comfortable, clean property situated in a lovely area with all the amenities close by

Mrs C,

Cottage was very homely & dog friendly. We felt relaxed if our dog was in garden alone. Water bowls had been set up for our arrival & there was milk, biscuits etc for us. Owner very helpful when we spoke on the phone prior to stay. Village is lovely & has all you need. Good location for stunning beaches & Sandringham estate for dogs. Loved it! We will be back.

Mrs Gillian B,

The cottage was very comfortable and more roomy inside than it looks from the outside. All necessary facilities were available, cleaning with fresh towels and bed line was provided weekly, having stayed for a month while purchasing our new home this was important for us. Had one minor issue with the Wifi/internet connection and the host Andrea came to the rescue quickly. She only responded at our request and was very friendly and informative about the local area (places of interest etc.) and left us to enjoy our stay in this very homely cottage without interruption. It was a nice surprise to have a welcome package of Tea, Coffee, milk and biscuits on arrival. Overall our stay was excellent. The only reason I gave 4 for using Norfolk Cottages was we are now happily in our own Norfolk Home and unlikely to need a holiday / temporary let in the area again.
