The main bedroom at the front of the property also has stunning sea views. A second bedroom at the back looks out onto a tiny courtyard. The kitchen is well very well equipped with everything you will need to make the most of your self catering experience and is flooded with natural light from the large skylight window above. Southwold Pier Area - It is often said that nothing changes in Southwold. However, the much-acclaimed pier was rebuilt in 2001 and was the first to be constructed in England in over fifty years. It now fits in well with the painted beach huts, promenade and colourful flowerbeds. There is a shop, cafes and an alternative amusement arcade there. The selection of properties' hereabouts makes it an ideal location to stay in Southwold if you require quiet accommodation that is also close to the beach, town centre and the many footpaths across the marshes leading you to the less explored areas of the town.

5 East Cliff is in the perfect spot literally overlooking the sea yet so close to the Lord Nelson pub and the high street. Sitting on the veranda or even in the lounge, you can listen to the waves and enjoy a nice glass of wine or an Adnams beer. There are two bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a small lounge / dining room and bathroom with shower over the bath. Everything you need for a perfect holiday.

Lovely cottage literally on the seafront, location perfect for accessing the beach, pubs and shops. The cottage was clean and comfortable and had everything you needed. We were lucky to have perfect weather and enjoyed sitting out the front on the little veranda looking out to sea. Will be back next year.

All as expected and no poor scores. Towel rail did not work either with heating on or just as the electric option, neither did plinth heater in kitchen, hence a score of 3 for equipment

This property was booked for being all ground level.As I have mobility issues but on arrival it has 3 steps up into the front door. But does not state this in any information on the website about the property. Also some slight steps indoors. In the doorways which are not stated. Just a couple of issues in the bathroom. It would be nice to have a welcome pack on arrival. Just some basic Bread,milk tea ect included in the price of the property. Have only commented on slight negatives for awareness of others with mobility issues as it states its a accessible property. Every thing else was fantastic.
