The well equipped kitchen area with granite worktops adds to the style, together with a dining table for enjoying relaxed meals with family and friends. A single bedded room and spacious bathroom with large walk in shower completes the first floor. Carpeted stairs lead up to the second floor with 2’6’’ twin bedded room, separate WC with wash basin, door to cupboard housing washer/dryer and last-but-not-least the spacious master king size bedroom which has been stylishly decorated in yellows and greys and boasts sliding doors to the second floor balcony, this room also offers large built in wardrobes and a spacious ensuite bathroom with shower over the bath. From the parking area the apartment is accessed via 4 steps, there is also a handy beach hut style storage cupboard to house those essential buckets and spades. The shops, bars and restaurants of the village are within a stones throw and as well as the award winning surfing beach of Woolacombe you also have a good choice of quieter shell strewn rocky coves such as Barricane and Combesgate. Second floor: Bedroom 1 with King, en-suite bathroom with shower over, WC and basin and sliding doors to glass balcony with furniture. Bedroom 2 with 2’6’’ twin beds. Separate WC with basin. Cupboard with washer/dryer.
