248 Cae Du is a three storey property, located on the popular Cae Du estate and walking distance to Abersoch's renowned long sandy beaches, restaurants and coastal chic shops. 248 Cae Du boasts a lovely balcony at the front of the property and an enclosed rear patio garden to the rear.

The property benefits from a first floor open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area which leads directly on to the front balcony. The ground floor has a double bedroom, a twin room and a separate shower room. The second floor hosts a further double bedroom and twin bedroom both serviced by a  family bathroom.

Location fantastic . The house is not clean , it's full of cobwebs in every window -ceilings - blinds . Very dusty , which makes it feel not clean at all. The radiation's downstairs don't work but some heaters were dropped off so appreciate that.
