During the warmer months open the double doors in the garden room and enjoy breakfast or an evening drink in the sunny walled courtyard garden. The kitchen/diner is perfect for friends and family to come together to cook, eat and catch up. From the landing and the third bedroom there are distant sea views to Morston and the coast. Shop: 2 miles Pub: within walking distance.

Langham is an attractive village in North Norfolk, just inland from Morston and Blakeney and close to the market town of Holt. This beautiful and unspoilt area lies within the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The quiet lanes around the village are perfect for cycling and walking, with a good choice of walks in the immediate area. The village pub ‘The Blue Bell’ serves good food using local produce. Morston Quay, north Norfolk. There is lots to do locally with sailing at Morston and Blakeney, trips to see the seals at Blakeney Point from Morston, crabbing in Blakeney, tennis and swimming. There are several good eateries close by including The Anchor at Morston and The Wiveton Café. For shoppers the market town of Holt is a just a few miles away offering a wide range of shops, galleries, cafes, antique shops and places to eat. There is also an excellent farm shop at Letheringsett, Back to The Garden and a smokery and deli at Cley-next-the Sea.
