Located just behind the High Street, in the popular Georgian town of Holt, the cottage’s origins can be seen throughout and are artfully showcased, alongside up to date interiors. A real plus for the property is the on site parking spaces to the front of the house, which is a real bonus in a town where parking is at a premium. There is a large, spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen and the bedrooms invite you in for a good night’s sleep with their soft colours and pretty décor. There is a small conservatory to relax in too, and a courtyard garden for eating al fresco on warmer days. Reviews

The cottage is in a great position so that you can walk to Holt's amenities and a few miles from the coast and other attractions. It is very well equipped and we would love to stay again in the future, the only consideration is for guests who may be less mobile is that the stairs are very steep and narrow.

Mr S,

Lovely cottage which had all the facilities and equipment needed. Superbly positioned in the centre of Holt but in a quiet location. The owner Sarah was really helpful and keen to pass on information concerning restaurants/pubs etc. Would thoroughly recommend this cottage. Ideal location for visiting villages and the seaside such as Wells next the sea. 10 out 10 for Archie’s cottage.

Mr D,

A repeat visit to Archies, and we had a lovely time again. The cottage is really well located, in a quiet position but very close to the High Street. Parking space is a huge asset. A lovely welcome tray including chocolates and a bottle of fizz - very much appreciated and made us smile. The cottage is very well maintained and is clearly well loved, the owners take a lot of pride in ensuring the cottage is welcoming and somewhere guests will want to return to. We would happily stay again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

Mrs C,

Archie's is ideally located for the lovely small town of Holt and the surrounding area. It is attractive and well-looked after inside and out. We really enjoyed our stay.

Mr K,

Had a lovely time
