Linnet Cottage is a newly converted south facing barn set in a tranquil setting just a short drive from the stunning Norfolk coastline, coastal villages and the Georgian town of Holt. You will not be disappointed, Linnet Cottage is beautifully presented and furnished to a high standard, a perfect blend of old and new. This modern cottage is light and airy with open-plan living; bi-fold doors onto the large sun terrace allowing the light to flood in, ‘bringing the outside in’. The cottage is suitable for adult groups or families, as it boasts three double bedrooms each with private en-suite facilities. The open-plan living area is stunning, enjoy a meal with friends inside or out in the summer with a large terrace for ‘al-fresco’ dining. Edgefield is a pretty, rural village located just a few miles from the Georgian town of Holt; the village itself has a popular award-winning Pub with spa facilities ‘The Pigs’ and a perfect place to enjoy an afternoons pampering followed by a gastronomic supper. There are plenty of local walks available from the cottage and country lanes to explore with your four-legged friends, a village shop and local garden centre too with fruit and veg also on offer. This part of Norfolk is renowned for it’s stunning coastal landscape much of which is a designated area of Natural Outstanding Natural Beauty.
