Explore the many facilities the seaside town has to offer with a variety of great restaurants, shops and café’s. There are two local supermarkets Tesco and Sainsburys, there is a great Deli in the town and local farm shop at neighbouring Heacham. Hunstanton also has a Theatre with regular shows available to book, a Leisure Centre and a Sea Life Centre where you can observe recovering seal pups. Discover the stunning North Norfolk coastline on foot and explore the sand dunes nearby at Old Hunstanton passing the renowned stripy cliffs at low tide, or follow the coast road with many soft sandy beaches and pretty villages to visit. The popular promenade and esplanade gardens are a two minute walk from ‘Sea Peeps’ along with the iconic lighthouse en-route to Old Hunstanton. Look out for colourful kites as kite and wind surfers skim the water, with opportunities for lessons locally too, why not give it a try? Popular with visitors all year round is strolling along the promenade whilst taking in the wildlife with oyster catchers, sea swallow and sandlings at the water’s edge and look out for the seal pups popping up to say hello!
