The Little Barn, a former Felbrigg estate barn, is a traditional brick and flint building featuring exposed beams. It is attractively arranged in an L-shape around a pretty, private garden. The property has plenty of room for guests to relax, with two spacious sitting areas - including a delightful mezzanine area looking on to the double-height dining hall, which has been beautifully lit to highlight the exposed beams and authentic flint walls. The well-equipped kitchen, dining hall and ground floor sitting area all open onto the garden, the perfect place to enjoy an alfresco meal. All three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the ground floor. Shop/Pub: 2.7 miles

Sustead is a peaceful village set in beautiful rural landscape. Surrounded by quiet lanes and pretty countryside, it is an excellent location for walkers and cyclists, with the Weavers Way path and National Cycle routes passing through the village. The heritage coastline of North Norfolk is 15 minutes away by car, with Blue Flag beaches perfect for families and first-class bird sanctuaries in easy reach. National Trust enthusiasts will enjoy a walk to Felbrigg Hall and the short drive to Blickling for exploration of these historic houses, gardens and tearooms. There are several attractive towns to explore from the elegant Victorian resort of Cromer, and the traditional seaside town of Sheringham, to the historic market towns of Holt and Aylsham all within a short drive. Food-lovers will enjoy the famous Cromer Crab and the wonderful locally sourced food that is available in local restaurants. With Sheringham Park, the Poppy Line and the Bure Valley Steam Railway nearby and the northern Norfolk Broads and cathedral city of Norwich within easy reach, there is an array of things to do in this area.
