Sunrise Lodge

Sunrise Lodge is a perfect getaway for couples or families situated in a quiet location just ten minutes’ drive from the popular seaside destination of Wells-next-the-Sea. Sunrise Lodge is wonderfully place to enjoy the morning sunshine and views of the garden.  Set in a quiet position and, set back from the road, there are two adjoining lodges nestled in this unique development all offering flexible living accommodation on one level. Sunrise Lodge has been adapted to suit guests with limited mobility with the provision of level access to the bathroom/wet room. An adjoining lockable door links Sunrise to Sunnyside Lodge, ideal for larger parties. For larger gatherings Sunset Lodge can also be booked offering flexibility for larger families and groups or friends who can enjoy privacy with independent living accommodation. Shop/Pub: 2 miles and 1 mile.

One-level:
Open-plan Kitchen/Diner: dining table and chairs, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer.
Living room: with comfortable seating, Smart TV.
Bathroom/Wet room with bath, walk-in shower, wash basin and wc with level access suitable for the less-able. (Please note: A free standing shower chair is available upon request – please mention at time of booking).
Bedroom 1 with double bed and one single bed in a family sized bedroom - most suitable for a younger child due to the bed configuration.
Bedroom 2 with two singles.

Garden:  Small patio and large shared lawned garden with Sunnyside and Sunrise Lodges.
Parking: Ample off road parking adjacent to each lodge
Heating: Oil fired central heating.
Also provided: WIFI, Towels. Travel cot and High Chair available on request. Please note there is no linen for the cot.

Just a short drive is the beautiful seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea, perfect for families and popular all year round, great for a spot of  ‘crabbing’ on the Quayside. For beach lovers there is an enjoyable walk to the beach with views of the sailing boats in the harbour, alternatively enjoy a trip on the narrow-gauge steam train. A vast row of multi-coloured beach huts greet you bordering the soft sands, and family friendly café, perfect for all year round refreshments. Cycling enthusiasts will appreciate cycle hire available ‘on-site’ within the grounds of the Lodges through the owners of ‘On Yer Bike’, Norfolk Cycle Hire. Holkham Hall is on the doorstep just ten minutes’ drive away, perfect for exploring the estate with red deer herd and boating lake as well as an adventure playground set amongst the woodland, great on summer days.
