As the name suggests, this stylishly renovated cottage sits in an idyllic location with large garden that seems to blend into the fields beyond. Located only 4 miles from the Georgian town of Holt with antique galleries, great shopping and café culture there is plenty to see and do. Just 8 miles from the popular harbour at Blakeney and its resident seal population, it provides easy access for a seaside day out and a spot of ‘crabbing’.

This beautiful cottage has been sympathetically restored and extended; a large kitchen/diner with a glorious vaulted ceiling and large oak table is the perfect place for entertaining and enjoying splendid suppers with family and friends. The range style cooker gives a cosy cottage feel and entices budding chefs to express themselves. With a luxury downstairs en-suite and second bathroom upstairs Meadow View is perfect for families and friends of all ages and would ideally suit two couples with children or a larger family group.

The nearby village of Melton Constable is just two miles away with a grocery shop along with a renowned butcher's shop with their popular ‘award winning’ sausages; perfect for that summer evening barbeque under the weeping willow.
Located close to the outstanding natural beauty of the North Norfolk coastline with the wonderful beaches of Wells-next-the-Sea, Sheringham and Cromer. Each boasts its own character and charm, Wells with a long sandy beach and colourful beach huts and Cromer with a traditional seaside pier. There are plenty of coastal walks and picturesque harbour towns to explore. The wildlife reserves of Cley and Salthouse are a ‘bird watchers’ paradise and can easily be viewed from The Dun Cow at Salthouse, an excellent spot to sample the local seafood delights; a great place to sit and watch the world go by. The village of Morston offers Michelin star dining with renowned chef, Galton Blackiston. For the explorers the chance of a boat trip to get up close to the seals with regular ‘seal spotting’ trips from the local harbour is a must and enjoy meandering through the creeks to the harbour mouth with your young adventurers!

Reviews

Good location for a number of North Norfolk, visitor attractions, Holt , Sheringham, Cromer and Holkham etc

Mr H,

Beautiful cottage in a great location. The garden is lovely, and safe for young children. The kitchen was a lovely space; bright and airy and spacious. The beds were very comfy and the shower was good. We had a really lovely week!

Mrs S,

After a day of exploring beautiful North Norfolk, we really enjoyed relaxing in the garden & then retiring to the generously sized kitchen to cook, chat & chill.

Mrs W,

Lovely property in a great location not far from Holt. The welcome pack was much appreciated on our arrival. Its an ideal spot for venturing further afield in North Norfolk. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.
