Horsham St Faith is a thriving village on the outskirts of Norwich and there are plenty of activities to hand both locally and a little further afield.  The village has a swimming pool, tennis courts and the City of Norwich Aviation Museum is also based here.  Cycling and walking in and around the village will take you out to some pretty countryside and there are numerous golf courses and fishing lakes within a few miles.  Norwich City is easily accessible via a good Park & Ride service if you don't want to take the car and has a host of cultural delights, such as the Cathedral and Castle, as well as fabulous shops, café's, restaurants and cinema complexes.  The Broads are close by and make for lovely days out; explore the waterways either on your own or with the Canoe Man who will take you on a nature trail into some of the more secret locations found here.  Steam buffs will enjoy a ride on the Bure Valley narrow gauge railway, which takes you from Wroxham to the charming, Georgian market town of Aylsham and don't forget to get a blast of sea air on the wide sandy beach at Winterton-on-Sea or go seal-spotting a little further along the coast at Horsey.  There is so much to do in this part of Norfolk, one visit probably isn't going to be enough!
