Horsham St Faith is a thriving village on the outskirts of Norwich and there are plenty of activities to hand both locally and a little further afield.  The village has a swimming pool, tennis courts and the City of Norwich Aviation Museum is also based here.  Cycling and walking in and around the village will take you out to some pretty countryside and there are numerous golf courses and fishing lakes within a few miles.  Norwich City is easily accessible via a good Park & Ride service if you don't want to take the car and has a host of cultural delights, such as the Cathedral and Castle, as well as fabulous shops, café's, restaurants and cinema complexes.  The Broads are close by and make for lovely days out; explore the waterways either on your own or with the Canoe Man who will take you on a nature trail into some of the more secret locations found here.  Steam buffs will enjoy a ride on the Bure Valley narrow gauge railway, which takes you from Wroxham to the charming, Georgian market town of Aylsham and don't forget to get a blast of sea air on the wide sandy beach at Winterton-on-Sea or go seal-spotting a little further along the coast at Horsey.  There is so much to do in this part of Norfolk, one visit probably isn't going to be enough!

Reviews

Very comfortable well equipped cottage in quiet village. Good location for visiting B-roads and coast.

Mr W,

Beautiful cottage with lovely rooms and decor

Mrs N,

The Dollery is a spacious property and is well located for exploring north Norfolk. Our hostesses was welcoming and supportive.

Miss M,

The property is spacious and was immaculate when we arrived. Lovely garden to enjoy if the weather is favorable. Very close to the airport Park and Ride for Norwich with a twenty minute service into the city centre. The owner is very friendly and helpful. There is, less than five minutes walk away, an excellent pub/restaurant if you do not want to cook in. Good off road parking in front of the cottage.

Mr C,

Brilliant location for exploring Norfolk, coast, broads and towns. Very peaceful location set well back from a country lane. Lots of space, very comfortable with a lovely garden and very friendly and helpful owner.

Miss K,

Peaceful stay at well appointed cottage. House filled with the scent of jasmine and large hanging baskets. Property is well cared for. Good location for points of interest. Used the park and ride from the airport a couple of times to visit Norwich.

Mrs O,

Although we were only visiting for 3 nights, we couldn’t fault the property or the location. We certainly plan to visit again, hopefully for longer.

Mr Barry R,

A very clean and well equipped property in a lovely location.

Mrs T,

A very well presented property, very much a ‘home from home’ feel. Plenty of parking, off the road and very quiet.

mr B,

We had a warm welcome and enjoyed our week in this lovely cottage. Well equipped, comfortable with homely touches. Also a lovely garden to look out on and sit in. Situated in a great location that allowed us to visit old haunts and new.
