Description

The Old Bakery is a charming brick and flint property situated in the centre of Blakeney just a 300 yard walk away from the quay. This attractive cottage has a delightful mixture of contemporary and antique furniture and the piano in the sitting room is sure to be popular. There is a ground floor bedroom, with two further bedrooms on the first floor, both of these have an en suite cloakroom and there is a spacious family bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle. The super kitchen/dining room is the heart of the home and the pretty courtyard garden with comfortable rattan furniture, is just the place for that well deserved glass of wine at the end of a fun filled day. Most unusually for Blakeney the cottage has parking for one car and there is a reserved space in a nearby car park. Shops/Pubs & Restaurant: All within walking distance.

The quaint flint cottages and narrow streets, sloping to the tidal creek, give Blakeney a timeless quality loved by visitors all year round. The village is set in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty and it is easy to see why. The salt marshes stretch out to Blakeney Point, famous for its seals and migratory birds and you might like to take a boat trip from the quay to see them. The village has tennis courts, children's playground, shops, pubs, garage, supermarket and eating places.
