Description
This large townhouse has room for eight and is ideal for a large family or a group of friends celebrating a special occasion. Set in the centre of fabulous Cromer and all its amenities, it has plenty of space for everyone, and even an enclosed courtyard for enjoying al fresco meals while your canine companions chase their tails.
Not just one, but two lounges welcome you at this three-storey property. The first is on the ground floor, with a Smart TV and a small pool table, and the other is on the first floor, featuring a cosy wood burner for those winter evenings as well as a TV, Blu-ray DVD, and plenty of books and games. Back to the ground floor, and the kitchen is a light-filled space with plenty of room for your pup’s bowls. Eat informally at the breakfast bar or gather everyone together in the larger dining room. On the first floor, you’ll find two bedrooms: a king-size with an en-suite shower room, and a twin bedroom which can be made up to super king-size if requested. The family bathroom is also on this level. Up to the top floor, and tucked under charming sloping ceilings are a further king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a twin bedroom, the latter accommodating an extra pull-out trundle bed. Outside, a sunny courtyard is a place to relax while your hounds sniff around.
Within metres of your front door are an array of shops, pubs and places to eat as well as a wide, sand-and-shingle beach (restrictions apply in the summer) and a Victorian pier on which woofsters are welcome. Furry friends can go almost everywhere at Felbrigg Hall, 3 miles, too – even in the Squire’s Pantry while you enjoy a cream tea.
