The owners have created a relaxing holiday home with extra touches, such as a fridge for fishing bait, WiFi and television/DVD players in all the bedrooms.  The ground floor is dedicated to three bedrooms, one of which has en-suite facilities, a further family bathroom and a utility room. The first floor features open plan living with a kitchen, dining and sitting room, which has French doors offering views of the marina and leads out onto a sunny, south-east facing balcony with table and chairs and there is also a decking area.

Horning is nestled alongside the River Bure in the heart of The Broads National Park. A holiday here offers great variety for all ages, with visits to nature reserves, fishing, walks, sailing, kayaking, canoeing etc. Close by is the lively village of Wroxham where a steam train ride will take you along the Bure Valley to Aylsham.  The coastal stretch between Sea Palling and Winterton-on-Sea is under half an hour away and offers wide stretches of sandy beaches often unpopulated, even in the summer. The cultural delights of Norwich are also within easy reach, making Horning a brilliant holiday location.
