The property has spacious living accommodation with a well appointed dining kitchen, a large sitting room/sun lounge and four comfortable bedrooms. Two double bedrooms have en-suite showers, the twin and single bedrooms share a separate bathroom with an over bath shower, if required a truckle bed suitable for a child can be placed in bedroom two. The patio is well appointed for outdoor dining complete with a gas barbeque. There is ample secure storage for bikes, golf clubs and beach equipment. Shop/Pub: all within walking distance

The charming seaside town of Sheringham is an excellent location for a holiday in beautiful North Norfolk. The award-winning beach is of smooth pebbles when the tide is high, giving way to a large expanse of smooth sand as the tide recedes. Cliffs rise on either side of the town, which has a backdrop of wooded hills, including those in the wonderful Sheringham Park. Sheringham is also home to The North Norfolk Steam Railway, Splash Leisure Centre, a golf course and an excellent selection of shops, tea-rooms, pubs and restaurants.
