The Maltings is a spacious three bedroomed property forming part of the original Maltings at Womack Staithe in Ludham. Set in a quiet position within this very pretty Broads village, the amenities are varied, with a very good shop with a post office, fishing tackle shop, butchers, tea room and pub. Ludham is a very attractive Broads village with a magnificent church. The local amenities are very good and the village enjoys great access to the river, ideal for bringing your own boat or hiring one locally. The coast is a short distance and easily accessible and your have a choice of heading for the quieter sandy beaches of Winterton or Sea Palling or the seaside resort of Great Yarmouth. Wroxham is a short drive as is the award winning attractions of Bewilderwood and Wroxham Barns. This is a great location for adults and children alike with much to enjoy in the area.
