Larling is a small village twenty-one miles south west of Norwich in an area known as The Brecks. Reputed to be one of the driest areas of the country, here you will find rolling farmland and open heaths and pine forests, much of it designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest and home to rare birds such as the Stone Curlew and Nightjars. Larling is  close to the famous Snetterton Circuit, a must visit place for all motor sport enthusiasts , also within easy reach of the small market towns of Attleborough and Wymondham, or a little further afield are the beautiful cathedral cities of Norwich or Ely. This is an ideal area from which to explore Norfolk or Suffolk.

Reviews

The cottage was a in a perfect setting and we enjoyed our stay, very homely and comfortable. The welcome pack was very good.

Ms F,

Lovely cosy cottage for two, great hosts and the welcome basket was a nice touch

Mr P,

The property itself was perfect; we have, on other occasions, paid more and been disappointed - not this time ! Please thank the owners for the wine and other treats they provided for us, the eggs were the best we've ever tasted, thank you so very much. We had a very much needed Christmas break.

Mrs C,

A delightful country holiday retreat including a welcome basket complete with fresh eggs and local cake - highly recommended.

Mrs R,

Owners very friendly and helpful, comfortable cottage with a lovely outlook. Fresh eggs were lovely and welcome pack a nice touch much appreciated. Thetford forest very near to visit for walks or cycle rides.

Mrs L,

Lovely and relaxing with all the views of the farm fields with horses and donkeys. Just what we needed. We will definitely return.

Mrs M,

I booked this place for a little get away for my mum and dad they absolutely loved it, the only thing negative feedback from them was the bed was really hard, but would still come back with their mattress topper! Other then that they couldn’t of wished for a better little escape, mum even FaceTimed me to show me how well equip the place was. Super impressed

Miss Michelle S,

Very well equipped cottage with beautiful outlook. Extras like washing up liquid, cloths etc all supplied. Welcome surprises of wine, cake, marmalade most appreciated. A delightful spot. Long approach driveway was getting its potholes filled as we were leaving!

Mrs Fiona R,

Have stayed at this property about 8 times in the past few years. It is a home from home to me. The owners are very friendly and kind, they go out of their way to help.

Mr Hilary E,
