Little Barn has recently been converted and provides excellent accommodation, which is finished and equipped to a high standard whilst retaining the original character of the building. This is a lovely property in which to spend a relaxing family holiday; there is a children's park a mile away and the park and ride into Norwich, where you can find entertainment for all the family, runs from nearby Postwick. Shop: 2 miles Pub: 2 miles

Witton is a small rural village five miles east of the historic medieval city of Norwich with its cathedral, castle, theatres and a stunning array of shops, restaurants and nightlife to suit all tastes. In the other direction you will find Wroxham  'Capital of the Broads' where you can hire a boat or take one of the tours to discover the magic of these unique waterways. Witton is an ideal base from which to explore our beautiful county either by bicycle, bus, train or car - the choice is yours.

What an absolutely A* stay at Little Barn! We visited for 5 days over New Year and were so sad to have to leave. Everything was so perfect for my family ... fantastically clean, well furnished and equipped to a high standard. Also a perfect location - close enough to local shops etc, but far enough away to be a cosy little rural retreat. We will be visiting again for sure .

[3] The only complaint we have. you never provided the best of weather, but someone told me that's not your department. Maybe you could have a word with that department ! We really enjoyed our stay at Little Barn. We got to see some seals at Hersey Gap when the tide had receded!) and had lots of fun with our 3 year old. Great accommodation, perfectly located, well equipped and clean.

Fantastic self catering cottage in the perfect location. So much to do in the surrounding area. Boat hire on the Broads, seals at Winterton and even canoe hire (tiring but great fun!) Little Barn is perfectly equipped!

Lovely cottage, clean and tidy. Recommend eating at the Brick Kiln-we did 4 times! Skate was wonderful. Rushcutters Arms was good. Fur and Feather not very good. Weather was great!

Fabulous stay at Little Barn. It was the perfect location for us, with so much to do close by. We had a great trip to Winterton-0n-Sea beach, which is a lovely beach for children. We also enjoyed the nature walks at Salhouse and Ranworth Broads. For kids-Bewilderwood is an absolute must! Little Barn was clean and well equipped, very comfortable for a week`s stay. Thank you.
