Notes:  This is a non-smoking property. Mobile signal - strong. Due to the age of the cottage there are different levels/steps and low thresholds within the property which may be unsuitable for young children and anyone with mobility problems.

Colkirk is a small, pretty village situated twelve miles from the quayside town of Wells-next-the-Sea, which boasts a wonderful sandy beach, and just two and a half miles from the market town of Fakenham with its good shopping facilities, restaurants, pubs, a sports centre with indoor bowls, a golf course and even a National Hunt racecourse. Also close by are the unspoilt coastal villages of Holkham, Cley and Blakeney. There is a good public house/restaurant in the village and shopping facilities are within two miles.
