Description

Look out towards the sea from this bright, three-storey holiday home in Cromer, which is situated less than 100 metres from the town’s wide sandy beach and pier. A new build, imaginatively designed to complement the sea views, sleeping up to four guests. The three-bedroom abode makes a comfortable and inviting base from which to enjoy the very best of the town as well as the wider North Norfolk surroundings. Find yourselves with shops, cafes and restaurants within 100 metres of your base. Stroll down to the pier, 300 metres away, to walk along it and perhaps see a show at the theatre at its end. Spend time in Sheringham, 5 miles away, another town that grew up in Victorian times and which is home to a station with steam trains that run along the heritage Poppy Line.

Cromer is a traditional seaside resort with a cliff-top setting and wide sandy beaches running down to the sea. It is famous for its fishing boats that still work off the shore and offer freshly caught seafood. The town has a fine pier, a local history museum, a new lifeboat museum, a golf course, multi-screen cinema, Amazona zoo, indoor children's playbarn, Kart Track, cycle hire, shops and restaurants as well as seafront entertainment, making it ideal for a family holiday. Cromer church tower is the tallest in Norfolk and the more adventurous might like to climb to the top to enjoy the wonderful views.

We really enjoyed staying in the upside down house. It had everything we required, and was very comfortable. Very close to all amenities and the beach. Good shops for food, decent restaurants, and pubs. There are buses to most places from the bus station and lovely walks on the beach. An added bonus was the parking space at the house. We will definitely book again.
