Southrepps is a pretty Norfolk village with many charming brick and flint cottages and a large 15th century church, whose tall tower dominates the local landscape. It is an ideal base for exploring the area with sandy beaches, historic houses, steam railways and many other places to visit all close by. The seaside resorts of Mundesley and Cromer are just two and four miles away respectively and offer lots to see and do for all the family. The village has a shop and a pub, which serves good food.

Reviews

Lovely homely feeling cottage with olde world charm, set near to a smallholding with a variety of animals. Very secluded spot in a quiet lane. The owners Linda and David were very welcoming and attentive, lovely people. 5 stars.

Mr L,

Lovely peaceful surroundings, cosy comfortable studio.

Mrs G,

The Studio is in an ideal location for access to the coast and places of interest inland. It is a very cosy and unique place to stay and we found it very relaxing and welcoming. The owners are very friendly and helpful and have an interesting assortment of animals next to the property.

Mr S,

We love 'The Studio' because it is so peaceful. We enjoy the nearness of the animals and my wife enjoys sketching there. Being in the studio of an artist Claughton Pellew is really all she could have wanted. The owners did everything to make us feel welcome and this is why this is our third visit! We shall be back again.

Mr H,

What a beautiful hideaway for 2 Gorgeous surroundings & fabulous place to stay

Mrs B,

Just what I wanted and needed.

Ms Patricia S,

We only scored 3 for comfort as the mattress on the bed was not good. We had to put blankets under the sheet to help but we were still uncomfortable. A new mattress or mattress topper would make this a better property. The location was very peaceful and the local pub was excellent for food.

Mrs Rosemary B,

The Studio is a delightful, comfortable cottage well located near the coast and some lovely National Trust and other properties. We had a lovely welcome and hope to visit again.

Ms L,
