This spacious semi-detached house has recently been refurbished and is finished to a very high standard. It is situated opposite the lighthouse and has stunning views across to the sea. The town and the beautiful beach of Old Hunstanton are only a short walk away, making the house an ideal choice for a traditional family holiday.  Shop/Pub: 1 mile

Pets: One well-behaved dog welcome, but to be kept downstairs at all times - please be aware of our booking information regarding pets.
Extras: The owner's Beach Hut at Old Hunstanton is available to hire for £60 from Sunday - Friday, payable on booking.
Notes: Smoking is ONLY allowed in the conservatory. The stairs are steep with a twist and may not be suitable for the elderly or less mobile.  There is a right of access at the rear of the property for the neighbouring properties. Mobile phone signal - variable.

Hunstanton is a popular traditional seaside town, with a long sandy beach backed by distinctive striped cliffs. There are reminders of its Victorian origins including the promenade, the large green and the attractive esplanade gardens. Hunstanton town offers a host of activities for the family including a Sea Life Centre, a fun fair, tennis courts, bowling green and a sports and leisure centre with indoor swimming pool, crazy golf and pitch & putt course. A little further along is quieter Old Hunstanton, which is a picturesque village with mellow carrstone houses, an impressive medieval church and a championship golf course, there is also a new eighteen hole golf course at nearby Heacham Manor. The  nature reserves at Scolt Head, Titchwell and Holme Dunes are just a short distance away. The coastal footpaths in the area are great for walking and bird-watching. The Royal Sandringham Estate is approximately eight miles away, a wonderful day out with its cycling, walking and picnic opportunites.

Probably the best location in the area. Beautiful lighthouse and cliff tops opposite, 3 minute walk to the beach. On doorstep for both Hunstanton and old Hunstanton. It’s an amazing entertaining house with the garden and conservatory in particular.

This property is fabulously located - it's in a quiet location but a short walk away will take you to the resort part of Hunstanton, with shops, amusements etc. The house has the added advantage of a lovely conservatory and a long garden so there's a place to chill out whatever the weather. The kitchen is very well equipped and well laid out. A real bonus is the large parking area in front of the house - really useful as it would be expensive to park in the cliff top car park, very near the house. . The nearest pub is a 10 minute walk across the cliff top car park and serves lovely food. All in all, this house offers everything you'd need.
