Windy Hill is a comfortable, well equipped and attractively furnished semi-detached property, situated within easy walking distance of the centre of Holt. Only a few minutes drive away from the beautiful North Norfolk Coast and with its own pretty and enclosed rear garden, Windy Hill provides all the ingredients for a relaxing holiday. Shop/Pub: 0.25 miles

Sitting/Dining Room attractively furnished with comfortable seating and woodburner, widescreen TV, DVD player and CD hi-fi. The sitting room opens into the Dining Room which is furnished with table and chairs, this room then has doors opening onto the garden

First Floor:

The lovely Georgian town of Holt has a charm and character all of its own and boasts a selection of interesting shops, including many antique shops, as well as good restaurants, pubs and tea rooms. On the edge of the town, the Green Flag awarded Holt Country Park has over 100 acres of woodland to discover with many organised events and there is also excellent birdwatching in the area. The coastal villages of Blakeney and Cley are just five miles away with the sandy beach at Sheringham just six miles away.

We had a lovely break over Easter staying at Windy Hill. It is a perfect location for exploring the North Norfolk coast with a short work into a lovely high street which gives you access to great pubs and shops. The house was lovely and warm especially after a bracing walk along a beach. It was well equipped with a great addition of books, toys and games. The garden would be a lovely place to spend time in if the weather allows.

What a great week the family and I have had in Holt. The kids loved going to Sheringham/Cromer beach and we enjoyed an evening walk or two around Blakeney/Morston looking at the boats and even managed a seal trip. If you have time i would highly recommend this! Property was really comfortable, spacious and clean, couldn't have asked for a better base!

Beautiful home /garden in a beautiful town. We found some fantastic places to eat such as: The Pigs Edgefield, Byfords in Holt, The Bank in Sheringham, and then the local Chinese in Holt was fabulous too. Cant recommend staying here more if i could. Thank you.

Such a fantastic garden, we enjoyed the odd bbq on the decking and the kids enjoyed their food in the private garden at the back hiding from the adults and playing games. We loved How central Holt is to other towns and villages. We cant wait to return!

Windy Hill has been the perfect family base for our Easter get away. The kids really enjoyed playing in the wild garden. Perfect location into the town centre as its quiet in the evenings and very central to the coast lines.
