Cottages in Wadebridge

The delightful riverside town of Wadebridge makes an excellent base for exploring North Cornwall’s glorious sandy beaches and is the start point for the ever-popular Camel Trail.

A former wool town, bustling Wadebridge is packed with independent shops, boutiques and galleries. With its weekly market and excellent range of eateries it’s fast becoming a foodie destination and, for those indoor days, there’s a cinema and swimming pool to provide entertainment.

This stretch of coastline is renowned for its dramatic landscape and wonderful sandy beaches; perfect for nostalgic bucket and spade holidays, surf seekers or those simply in need of relaxation, the Cornish way. Watch the fishing boats in Padstow, learn to paddleboard in Harlyn Bay or ride the waves in Polzeath.

The Camel Trail is a favourite with walkers and cyclists alike, following the picturesque River Camel as it winds its way gently from Wadebridge to Padstow along the disused railway. Alternatively, follow the Trail inland through the beautifully wooded valley to Bodmin and the Moor. Don’t worry if you haven’t brought your bike as you can hire them locally.

From steam trains to stately homes; gardens to galleries, Wadebridge has something for everyone and with easy access to the A39 is perfectly placed to explore all that North Cornwall has to offer.

Whether you choose a cosy Cornish cottage or stunning barn conversion, we’re sure to have the property for you, but if you still can’t find what you’re looking for, simply call our team on 033 2020 899 and we’ll help you with your search.
