What will you do with your furry friends this year? You can’t possibly take one without the other, the thought of leaving them in kennels just breaks your heart and your budget! So the ideal solution is to take them with you, so you and your faithful companions don’t miss out on a break together.  Below is a choice of our cottages which accept more than 2 dogs:

Wales

Maesgwm Farm Cottage, Dolgellau - accepts 3 dogs.

This delightful stone farm cottage sleeps 6 and allows 3 dogs to come along too. The beautiful region of North Wales, near Dolgellau offers a magnitude of wonderful walks and strolls, including the well known Precipice walk where you can gaze upon stunning vistas, including the mountain ranges of Snowdonia or the Mawddach estuary. Coed-y-Brenin Forest, part of the Snowdonia National park is a beautiful place to take in nature at its best and enjoy lungs full of fresh air.

Norfolk

Shamrock Cottage, Hindringham - accepts 3 dogs.

This cottage sleeps 5 and has the advantage of a fully enclosed garden which is ideal for larger dogs but smaller chappies could still escape! This is the perfect base from which to explore the wonders of the North Norfolk coast. Great stretches of golden sandy beaches  are a short skip and a jump from this property. Favourites include Wells-next-the-sea and Holkham, where sands seems to never end. It’s the perfect playground for your four legged friend.

Suffolk

Swallows, Blaxhall - accepts 4 dogs.

This attractive house is for 6 people and has an enclosed rear garden which the dogs can enjoy. Set in the heart of the Suffolk countryside where nearby footpaths are aplenty, its a super spot to take in Suffolk away from the busy seaside towns. However, if the lure of the beach is too much to ignore then the pretty holiday destinations and beaches of Southwold, Walberswick and Aldeburgh are not too far away. (Summer dog restrictions do apply)

East Sussex

Finlay Cottage, Udimore - accepts 3 dogs.

You will get a taste of living life on a farm at this property, having your own cosy retreat in a private part of the farmhouse. Being in the heart of the farm you will see the owners dogs and livestock, it would be keen to take consideration for the farms daily routines and animals but, its a wonderful opportunity to get a taste of the working countryside.

The nearby Medieval town of Rye and the Harbour Nature Reserve are fantastic spots for you and your companion to enjoy a walk and a taste of coastal Sussex. If you prefer the beach, then we recommend  Winchelsea, its the closest beach from the property and has a fabulous stretch of sand, for dogs to go giddy on.

Devon

Seaview Cottage, Mortehoe - accepts 3 dogs.

With the beach less than a mile away and breathtaking vistas across to Hartland Point and Lundy Island. This terraced cottage which sleeps 4, backs onto National Trust countryside; its a beautiful base for long of walks, seaside air and unforgettable scenery. Combesgate and Grunta beaches are a stones throw away and allow dogs all year round. If you fancy a little more action, the surfers paradise and one of the top five beaches in Europe, Woolacombe is within easy walking distance and offers stretching sands, cafes, pubs and shops for all to enjoy.
